9 more days until the Mushroom Festival...which means 9 more days til my first 5K. I so don't feel ready ;( I am not expecting a great time, but will do my best. Hoping for good weather next weekend.
All has been super crazy lately. Seems like I am go, go, go. Working on project at work that keeps me off FatSecret most of the day. I have been checking in on everyone, just don't have the time to post myself. At home, it it has been nights filled with homework so again, little time to sit down and journal or even log in foods.
Spent the day yesterday at the great State Fair of Texas!!!! I served as a judge for the AgScience Fair. Wow, these young people were amazing. Their projects were very creative and innovative. The winner received a $4000 scholarship. The FFA and 4-H programs are still helping to producer our future leaders, doctors, lawyers, scientist, etc.
Dieting going well, just still scales not really progressing. I am going next week to have some blood work done to check my thyroids, cholesterol, etc. Not really suspecting anything out of the ordinary, just annual stuff. We have talked about beginning the office BL again which seem to help us all stay more focused. The idea of weighing in front of coworkers kept me fighting to lose. Now except for reporting on here, I don't really have accountability and don't want to pay WW for that.
