This is a reasonable result, at least it's down. The 2 week challenge is a tough diet and even though this is my third time it seems even tougher this time. I was hoping for a better weight drop in a week but I'll take that. It's been a hard week food-wise. I'll be glad to get through this week and finish it. I can then go to reduced calories but actually being able to have two proper meals a day.
