Heavy rain. Didn’t walk two days in a row. Last week walked 6/7 days and walked twice 5/7 days. Lost 5.5 pounds in the first week. Came off quickly, because those pounds had only been on for about 6 weeks. Alcohol consumption drastically reduced. Ate a tiny sliver of fresh apple pie. It was delicious and the sliver was enough. Taking my krill pill daily and my collagen peptides daily. Ordered kettle balls for strength/per Robby my PT. All going well and I’m very proud of myself. I’ll definitely go out and work out today. Gonna do my curb exercises up the the front gate.
