INGREDIENTS
40 g macro goji berries
50 g dry roasted hazelnuts or filberts nuts (without
salt added)
50 g pumpkin seeds
50 g dried cranberries
60 g raisins
50 g walnuts
50 g dry roasted salted almonds
50 g hulled sunflower seeds
120 g golden palm medjool dates
100 g dried apricot
80 g coles unsalted peanuts

DIRECTIONS
1. In a food processor, combine almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, salted peanuts, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds. Pulse until coarsely chopped.
Add dates, dried apricots, dried cranberries, and raisins to the food processor. Pulse until the mixture starts to stick together.
Line a baking dish with parchment paper. Press the mixture firmly into the dish, creating an even layer.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
Once set, cut into bars or squares.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
