Well I did good on my calories yesterday. However I missed out on my cardio. Last night was a horrible night with my son so I am doing good so far in not what I call "tired eating/drinking" with that being said I am right in line with my calories and praying a have enough energy this evening for at least 5 minutes of cardio.
