I EVEN DID MY PHYSICAL THERAPY EXERCISES ONCE. NOW THAT I FEEL BETTER, I WILL DO THEM MORE OFTEN AND INCORPORATE WALKS INTO MY DAY. ALSO, STARTING THE GARDEN NOW, WHICH WILL KEEP ME ACTIVE.
