I've never had weight issues but this is the biggest I've ever been. I'm getting married in June and I would like to be back to my pre-fiance weight. Somehow, when I was single I was at what I call my "fighting weight" of 123lbs. Seems like the happier you are the fatter you get. I'll be weighing in on Thursday. I need to see changes on the scale, otherwise I start feeling like its not working and lose my motivation. I've been incorporating Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred into my workout routines, I think that's going to help bump my metabolism up. It sucks to have to get up at the crack of the dawn to do it but if it works, it'll be worth it.
