Hello lovely people! I hope you are having a fab start to your weeks!! Hoping for some advice please 😊

I love crunchy foods I think it’s a stimming thing (I’m neurodiverse and a stressed out student 🫣) but I’m trying hard to eat healthier and I can’t just eat crisps all the time 😅🤣 I’m not mega keen on popcorn and I hateee celery but does anyone have any ideas for low calorie crunchy snacks I can nibble on to help get me through the day? Thank you In advance ♥️

My go to snacks are carrots+hummus/any dip, apple/peanut butter, rice cakes (savory and sweet), strawberries, crackers+cheese 😋

not sure re. low carb but can try Kale crisps or roasted chickpeas?

Not particularly healthy but Quavers or Skips are lower calorie crisps as long as you can stop at one bag 🙂

rice cakes! I get the flavoured ones their almost like crisps but you're limited to one rather than a whole bag and the low cal ones are a lot less than crisps x
