I enjoyed my festive indulging without counting calories but my body hated the excess sugar and calories! I got sick and couldn't even go to the gym today. *bleh*
My unofficial weight this morning was at 110.5kg.
I was supposed to enjoy an entire week without counting calories or fasting but I've decided that I'm going to get back on track from today and start my week with a fast day. It just doesn't feel right to me anymore if I'm not staying on track with my eating.
First task for today is to go to my gp(doctor) and get some meds.
