Started eating sitfrys again trying to get off eating so many chicken wings all the time. My BP has increased not alarming but up slightly and I’ve had a blood test to see if anything has changed. I’m still doing the same exercises maybe not as much walking as I once did but outside of that nothing much else. My weight has settled so it’s near the end of the month will see what my waist is.
75 kg Perso fino ad ora: 12,9 kg.    Rimanenti: 0 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.
