Messed up again today. Granted, not as bad as yesterday but definitely room to improve. I think it was somewhat emotional eating to cope with disappointment. Not a good way to go, but I can get it together and do better next time. Tomorrow I am going to see about not going over 130% of my RDI. Ideally I will stay under. I've done it before, so I know I can do it.
