Thank you yes 6 months ... I walked 300-400k steps a month and ate 1900-2000 calories consistently ... I centered my nutrition around the satiety index list ... google " Satiety Index : the secret of long lasting fullness " ... I didn't erase any food I made swaps for example instead of bread I ate Mission wrap tortillas (lower calories) ... I did High Protein and High Carbs (macros dont matter after protein) 1900-2000 calories or a bit more depending on my energy expanditure ... I'm gonna post my lower calorie option if you want my instagram just tell me ... For example I posted today the Konjac noodle spaghetti it's only 17 calories for 100g, japanese people been eating this since the 6th century! ... You still eat spaghetti but 10x less calories!
