I would not like to think I'm alone on this, I planned to begin on January 1st my new food plan. It's now the 7, one week later and I'm just now beginning to feel the motivation. Not full on motivation, the inkling of it. So, today, I've had protein and one English muffin, have pork chops out for dinner and sewing to keep me busy this afternoon. It's always good to remember, I am a work in progress, it takes time to change a lifetime of habits! Today is my first step on a new food plan. Maybe tomorrow I will actually make it to the gym, it is good to have goals!
