Diario di jenjabba, 11 mag 24

Whoohoo. 120.5 lbs, 54.65 kg. My line is blue again. Whoohoo. On my old scale it says 119.5 :-) I wasn't sure I was going to get here! Mind over matter! A few discouraging weeks happen, and we must keep going. Today, I am going to try to finish up some yard work. Trim bushes, fix the mower (maybe), etc etc etc. I'm going to get to my goal by my birthday mid-June come hell or high water!!!!!!!!!!! Let's do this! I think today is Ham and a burger day again. Getting rid of freezer food! These at some of the clothes I got from the outlet store. The pink 💗 dress fits now but i think I'm too old for it. I wore it when I was 33 🤣💗💗💗💗

Concarnelavida, love your user name 😆 mostly carnivore has really saved me. It hasn't been ez! The first few months I didn't lose anything cuz I was over eating fat. When I'm feeling a cheat coming on, Rebel ice cream and lillys sugar free chocolate chips and sugar free jello saved me. 😋 I have them as treats from time to time when I'm struggling. I'm not 100% as clean as I could be but it's working! I have way more energy than on a low fat diet and I'm losing. I look forward to following you.
