There's no odor and it's tasteless. The texture is a bit gooier than standard pasta, but overall, it's great. Just rinse it to get rid of the initial smell. It absorbs the flavor of your favorite sauce well, with no wheaty aftertaste. I dislike rice cauliflower, but I love this alternative 100x more.
