Thank you! I’m in a better place now than I ever have! I have been up and down the scale from 430lbs down to 275 lbs three times in my life. Now I have finally broken through to be below my 270 end and cracking into the 230’s is making me feel that I really am doing this now. This time is the LAST time 💞💗🩷

Sounds like you’re doing great! Here’s what I do to improve the zucchini noodles: -Dehydrate the zucchini noodles first and they work much better. I do it on the bbq, or in the oven on a rack with a pan underneath on the lowest setting. If that’s too hot, and is cooking them rather than drying them, use a wooden spoon to prop the door partially open. 😎 

Fingers crossed that your surgery is much sooner than anticipated!! My girlfriend had bone on bone in both of her knees and the pain was excrutiating. Replacement surgery alleviated a lot of the pain and her mobility improved dramatically!! There is much hope for a healthy recovery!! ~ ♡ You Got This! ♡ ~ 

Thank you everyone so very much! I was speaking with my daughter yesterday about FatSecret community and told her that she should post her inches lost because it was dramatic and the weight loss too! I said that you all will be supportive and encouraging and the biggest thing of all NON JUDGEMENTAL!!! Makes a world of difference and she is doing great! 

StomachMonkey thank you for that tip!! I hope to try it again and probably use a larger zucchini since the ones we used were about 5” long and had a circumference of about 2.5”.  

Nadja, Thank you so much and hearing successful joint replacements make a huge difference in my very busy brain of fear. I can diddo the pain the days continue on and I just get worse. I can feel bone scraping on itself and then a sharp pain from my glute to my ankle puts me down. But I have a lot of faith in the process and I WILL get there. On another note, I ordered clothing from Temu and I have to say the quality of the goods so far have been super! And the size ranges - pretty amazing. So if you want some new clothing and want a better price then our normal “larger” stores it’s worth a look. I was able to get 4 outfits - top and capri bottoms for less than $35. And I cannot see any faults with the clothing!! Sorry for the long post just chatty today 🤷‍♀️💁‍♀️ 

Facing replacement surgery is both exciting and scary!! You're excited that yes! finally no more pain and scary in the fact that 'holy crap - It's major surgery' You have to have complete faith in your surgeon - do not be afraid to ask him/her questions and talk to him/her about any fears that you have!! You are the 1st person to have positive feedback about Temu! Some of their clothing appears to be quite stunning and I wondered about the 'true to size' aspect! ThnQ for sharing your opinion about them. Tell your daughter 'congrats' on her weightloss success - sounds like she did exceptionally well ♡ 

Well finally the word is in. I saw the surgeon and he has agreed to do my hip replacement surgery. He said that there are 26 doctors in this clinic and that they would say “see you in another two years” due to your weight. He says you cannot wait any longer as you will be in a wheelchair it is so bad. So I’m on the surgery list and although there are 155 ahead of me it will only be about 6 months. I haven’t gotten the actual date yet, but it’s coming 🥳🤩🥳
