I thought I'd share my weight monitoring after a weekend and my result after a fast day.
Unofficial weight on Monday morning : 111.1kg (After weekend)
Unofficial weight on Tuesday morning : 109.5kg (After my Monday Fast Day)
Unofficial loss of 1.6kg in a day.
My weight will go up again today as it is a non-fast day but I'll to keep it a low-carb day of under 50g of carbs. My weight should settle lower than my current official weight of 110.4kg when I weigh in on Thursday morning :)
