Diario di MrsTofu, 02 set 11

Did P90X again for the first time in months. As dumb as it is I find myself afraid to start because I am afraid to be exhausted/drop dead tired. I did it anyway (thanks to some encouragement/prompting from my hubby). I can't currently do as many push ups and such as the people in the video, but I try to do it clean and as close to what they are doing as I can while still keeping up. Despite fears to the contrary I am not dead tired. I feel peaceful instead. I know though that I am not going to remember that well next time I need to start. Fear and stupidity are incredibly strong influences. For now at least I have overcome them. :)
