I was absolutely gutted when I found out that eating a bar of my fave organic dark chocolate was 1000calories. I really had thought “it’s not that much, it’s just a bit of dark chocolate, it’s organic, it’s good for me!” Lol.. turns out it’s pure fat, plus 30% Sugar.

I found a American shop near where I live and they sell sugar free Hershey chocolate. 128g is 130 calories.
