I've felt famished for the last few days. It's been ANNOYING. I woke up very hungry again. In the past, when I was feeling famished even after eating, I hit the bacon. I'm glad I remembered my trick. I'm feeling much better thank goodness! No cheating.

Yes, bacon. I'm so for the bacon cure. I need to use that. I am struggle with cravings too much.

Yes! Beautiful photo..and strategy, Jen! Not as sexy..but I’ve discovered that a whole can of tuna (mixed with mayo or cream cheese) does it for me for those random days I’m just not feeling satiated - like to the point of feeling low-level anxiety. But I also weirdly love tuna fish- always have. Yellowfin is the best- way tastier than other tunas.

I try to stay below 100 net carbs a day but cheat too much.

CICI YES, A THAT'S THE FEELING. I've been on edge the last few days which isn't like me either. I did the BIG can of tuna and it didn't work. I think I'm not getting my sleep too. So annoying.

Are you sure this isn't electrolytes that you're missing out on because of diminished intake?? CHeck into replacing these either naturally or through supplements, it sounds like its electolyte craving rather than reall hunger?

BANDRAI, yup, I'm sure. I supplement quite a bit, sodium, potassium magnesium because of my heart issue. ❤️ good suggestion though.
