My weight has been creeping up all month when in a calorie deficit. I'm not happy about it. I'm not going to reach my goal by tomorrow. It's this kind of creep that could lead to another and another and another pound, so it's appropriate for me to be concerned. I can't get into my doctor for new lab work until September, which is ridiculous. So, I guess I need to up my game. hoo hmmmm, don't give up! I'm taking a nice walk today with the doggie and maybe a splash in the pool.

Thanks concarne, windy and Mortica. It's bitter sweet. I'm missing my old friend who died. I had high hopes for is for this summer.

Sometimes your body just has a re-set weight is very difficult to get beyond mine is about 140/138lb.. though it might have drifted up a bit for me this time around. If your bod is at re-set at 118, I wouldn't freak out to much about that, that is a trim level to be at. But I am wondering why your RDI is only 830 calories?? That does seem beyond very low for daily intake, especially given you appear to be quite active. Maybe if you correct your intake, your body will push on with more energy to burn calories and build muscle, at the moment your body could be diverting energy to break down muscle mass as its very little intake a possible no fat reserves? If this is happening, a telling sign would be to check your physical measurements? If these go up and weight stays level it could indicate that you are muscle wasting. If this is happening, you may not lose weight as your bdoy is efficiently running on far less calories because of muscle loss. SOunds, coutner-intuitive but this does happen. If, I supsect this, I introduce a cheat day twice a week, to trick the metabolism into burinng more.
