To the mods: I don't think you've ever published one of my entries, but please let me share this. I've lost 123 lbs since July 23, 2023. I fell into a keto WOE by accident bc I love nuts so I was eating more and more protein/fat, the cravings went away. This is a woe I can keep for life. I feel 20 years younger and I'm a stamina beast. I got motivated by bowling, which is my passion. About once a month I break the diet and splurge then I'm good for at least a month. This is all very motivating. I'm so happy. I've been given my life back.
