Well didn’t end up going for Brazilian BBQ for lunch yesterday (that is to say I went but they were closed) so we ended up having a simple relatively healthy lunch instead and my wife took me to JC Penny where she bought me a new pair of pants (size 40 down from 44) and shirt (XL down from 2XLT)! All-in-all was a pretty good day.

Hey, that sounds even better! Someone else wrote in the forums that her best b-day present was to NOT blow out on calories. I think the satisfaction of doing right is a huge reward.
Congrats on the downsizing, by the way. 44 to 40 is quite a chunk - and so is 2XL to XL. It's a wonderful feeling, isn't it?
