Was supposed to have a nice salad for lunch. Opened the fridge and saw some left over steak and broccoli fried rice, that I made for hubby yesterday.

1498 kcal Gras: 42,93g | Prot: 55,56g | Carb: 221,34g.   Colazione: Hershey's Syrup, Reddi-wip Original Dairy Whipped Topping, Sponge Cake, Fried Egg, Thomas' Original English Muffins. Pranzo: Broccoli, Scrambled Egg, Kroger Boneless Beef Chuck Steak, Botan Calrose Rice, Sauder's Red Beet Eggs, Watermelon. Cena: Green String Beans, Barbecued Pork Spareribs with Sauce, Mashed Potato made with Water (from Dry). Snacks/Altro: Nutella Hazelnut Spread, Quaker Rice Cakes - Lightly Salted, Peach. Di più...

Thank you. I learned how to cook traditional fried rice by watching my mother-in-law cook it one time. I changed it slightly by adding oyster sauce to brown it a little. It's easy. Just left-over rice and whatever you have in the fridge, that sounds good...add some soy sauce, white pepper, a little scrambled egg, and oyster sauce. Hubby makes it with ham and peas.
