I'm feeling a bit disgruntled. No weight loss or gain this last week. Makes me feel like I'm doing something wrong. Moved on to Level 2 of the 30 Day Shred, 3 x this week. I just feel like it's not paying off.

You have very little weight to lose. That can make it more difficult and slower. Exercise and the quality of foods you are eating will play an important role in your weight loss. Lot's of protein, fruits and veggies. Watch the sodium laden process type foods! Measure yourself! With Jillian's shred, many people lose fat/inches and don't see the scale move sometimes. The scale is only one way to measure weight loss success. I always say I would rather weigh 150 and be a size 4 than weigh 140 and be a size 8. Exercise makes you leaner, smaller and healthier. You are doing everything right. Just keep doing it. Patience and perisistance will bring you to goal. It may take time, but it's worth it.
