Umm...ok, calorie police.
1 serving of pasta=200
1 serving of sauce=75 (give or take)
1 small banana=75+/-
That can easily be 366 calories. I didn't even have to be there to measure it.

what is with the negativity. seriously pasta doesn't have a ton of calories. look at the box. And that plate has barely any noodles on it. If you're going to cut people down keep scrolling. Weigh loss is hard enough without listening to people bash you.

Exactly, there are 50 grams of pasta, 25 grams of tomato paste and 40 grams of minced meat. Thanks for the positive comments, I'm happy with the progress I've made 😍

Fat is the problem...not carbs..this is a profound misconception and calories count...you cannot repeal the laws pf physics...and sometimes we just want carbs..no worries..

Oh Dear Richard Poole you are so wrong. Pasta can have enhanced protein (you don't know what kind it is), added fiber etc. Bananas are loaded with carbs! And who cares, it's all about achieving overall balance.
