I think it's delicious! It's so simple, well, my version is anyway. It's literally 2 eggs, 100g cottage cheese, 2tblsp milled flax seeds & seasonings. Cooked in the microwave for as long as it needs. Then, cooled & sliced then put in the toaster (or not, depending on how you want to eat it!)
