I fought with my breakfast this morning. Pummelos are a terrific fruit....but I did all my morning exercise just sectioning it. I was so fried I looked at the other half and said thnx but no thnx.whew. Seriously, if you like the idea of grapefruit but the tartness turns you off, this is the fruit for you. Less calories then oranges and it has a natural mood enhancer. Good for a morning pick me up.
