Well FS Family,
I am back to counting Calories I took a week off due to frustration. Any ladies out there that can help? I'm not saying this for pity I just need help with getting back to myself. I lost two babies in the 2nd term, my body changed during that time. I gained some weight with each, and now it's as if my body reset and stuck at 135... it doesnt matter how much I eat or how little it's just there. I have a lifetime of clothes I would like to fit into and let's be real this economy has not been kind to us. so buying all new clothes is not feasible for us. What have yall done to see a change?

Any kind of strength training! Body weight or hand weights are easy. www.exrx.net has amazing info! pick one exercise from each body area and use it to workout. I've seen more change from lifting weights than just from counting calories and cardio alone! I used to do more body weight strength training, but now use hand weights. Bottles of water, cans, recycled jugs filled with sand or water. Be creative! The struggle is real for all of us! You can do this ☺️

I’m so very sorry for your miscarriages. You might consider talking to your doc about the weight problem. It’s possible that part of the problem could possibly be hormonal. Not my field of medicine but it is worth having the discussion. Once again, go back to square one and take a critical look at your way of eating and your activity level. Best of luck to you
