In a non-stick big pan, add around half a Tb spoon olive oil and fry 400g chopped up and spiced pork fillet till brown. Add 2 heaped tablespoons of Roasted chilli paste and a bit of garlic to the pan. Coat the meat and when meat is cooked then remove from pan. In microwave, cook then strain 2 packs of Maggie 2 min noodles in microwave (I used beef flavour) Stirfry a pack of pre-cut stirfry veg in your pan. Season the veg with salt/pepper. Add back the pork and add the cooked noodles. Mix together. Drizzle with a teaspoon of chilli oil for an extra bite. Divide into 4 portions. Spices used for meat: salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, mixed herbs. Enjoy! P.S Next time I will try with chicken and add a few cashew nuts which I will roast in the pan.
