Still hanging around 178, not sure what the deal is, maybe it's just the last 10 pounds are the hardest.

Not going to fret about it too much, just continue to watch my calorie intake as I have been.

Actually went lighter on the beer this weekend, the same cannot be said for my eating habits though. Even still, eating what I want on the weekends helps me stay the course during the week, though I'm beginning to feel it's one of the major reasons I am having trouble with the last 10 lbs.
