This was a good week. I have been busy with work and the kids and in my free time I've been so addicted to a video game called The First Descendant that I've went long periods without snacking and been able to stick with more structured meals. I'm very happy with these last 2 weeks. 8 more will be the 100th week. I'm hoping to maintain this momentum.
