Finding more of a balance now with Eating less food, and have added intermittent fasting to my week. Weight is on the down again. I’m being more gentle with work outs too, cos I re-injured my knee from trying to do too many lunges and squats . I’ve really had to settle down when it comes to my knee in terms of exercises I can do. Going hard is not a good idea.
My Plan is to keep consistent with work outs, improve muscle tone, and then keep weight steady focusing on exercise and healthy eating. Not skipping exercise and also not skipping too many meals . I think it’s good to eat, I look healthier in my face when I’m eating good.
70 kg Perso fino ad ora: 5 kg.    Rimanenti: 5 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.
