So I've finally reached the point of introducing a thermogenic supplement into my war on my bodyfat. All my weight loss thus far was achieved without any supplements except creatine which I started using at the very end of December 2015.

After a bit of research I imported one that suppresses appetite, speeds up metabolism and sheds excess water. Will start using it from tomorrow.

I've done really well so far with just following 16:8 Intermittent Fasting & 4:3 Fast Diet combined with gyming and I feel that supplements can assist me.

Fortunately, I don't believe supplement brand's claims on various products so I wont just go buy and use everything out there. I research, read forums and then make an informed choice.

why dont you just keep going without any supplimentation until you hit the wall and need that extra bit of help, in the mean time I dont think that supplimentation would of a much greater value to u....you are doing perfectly well without them my friend

@Ibiza122 life is too short to "weight" to hit that wall. lol. A long time ago I did use such a supplement and I managed to get my weight down from the 130's to 117's but once I stopped using it, I put all the weight back on due to bad eating habits so I realized that supplements are a complete waste of money if I don't sort out my eating. Now that I have a method of eating that achieves weight loss and have lost over 20kg, I want to add supplements that will contribute towards my goals. @Tanya49 I will do that.

good luck then :) and wishing u everything of the best....what the name and howmuch does it cost, do u have to import it?

I have a trustable person in the USA that sources and compiles various supplement products for different brands. The exchange rate is a killer on imports but I'll give this stuff a try and give my feedback. Maybe if it works well then I'll get some brought in.

BBO If you have a PayPal account use that for your overseas purchases. Then its $ for $ and you don't lose ;-) I think everybody is dying with curiosity to hear the name of the product lol.

LowCarbFemmeFit actually if you use Paypal you get charged extremely high exchange rate when your rands are converted into dollars and you also pay fees to both the bank & paypal. If the product works, I'll share the name.

You have a point. I use PayPal for my overseas customers so income is either in dollars and British pound then it's a win win. Lost sight of the fact that not everybody generates incomes in $. I never transfer that money otherwise its worth nothing. Just use it for occasional online purchases in $. Good luck with the product. The fact that you've realized the nutrition aspect is vital will stand you in good steed. So many people think they can take a "magic pill" and have an excuse not to do the actual work. Have a great day!

Coffee is a natural hunger suppressant. It's my go to. I've tried ECA stack because I'd read about miracles from it. It never quite worked that way for me, but likely because I wanted to keep the calories and use ECA as a 'magic bullet' of sorts. I've given up on it as a thermogenic as I found it was tough on the CNS in the long term. On the up side, I have kept 8 mg of ephederine per day during the times when I have respiratory problems. It's the most amazing anti-bronchial problem med I've ever discovered. At about 10 cents a tablet, it's tough to beat. It's not available in drug stores of course. You can only get it from body building supply stores. It is technically only legal as a sinus remedy. I'm not sure if it's still banned in the US; it's not banned in Canada. You always have some idiots who decide that if 24 grams four times a day is good then 150 grams must be better. You could kill yourself doing that kind of thing with aspirin. Governments are always willing to over reach.

Ephedrine is available in South Africa over the counter, even though its a schedule 2 and found in many cold , sinus and flu remedies. Doing a ketogenic (low carb) lifestyle induces a natural appetite suppressant. And have to concur with you, coffee works like a bomb and while there are many schools of thought as to whether it should be included in a healthy lifestyle, I personally think the occasional cup is quite OK :) On a side note it has been proven that eating more chilli can boost your metabolism due to a compound called capsaicin. It increases heat and calories burned in your body.

Becareful LowCarbFemmeFit, the financial laws in South Africa regarding paypal accounts state that South Africas are not allowed to keep paypal payments recieved in their paypal account. They require you to withdraw it from your paypal account into a South African bank account and then if you want to buy anything using paypal then you must get charged again to move the money from your South African bank account to the recipients paypal's account via your linked paypal account. Absolutely unnecessary additional costs but its part of SARB's regulations.

Actually, coffee has been shown now to have more antioxidants than any tea. It's a simple search. Check it.

what about herbalife tea? isnt that like themo supl.

Herbalife, USN, etc. have come under heavy legal issues regarding the claims made on their products. The ASA has ruled against some of their advertising and deemed it misleading to consumers. I prefer to just stick to normal chinese green tea that I buy in a spice shop. Too many people are looking for that "miracle in a bottle" product and neglect the food consumption aspect of weight loss. Supplements can play a good role in weight loss but its only to "supplement" what might be missing from the foods one consumes. Some supplements contain herbal ingredients that can assist in your journey. Just becareful of marketing gimmicks.
