Well, I had my first cup of bullet proof coffee thanks HCB :) it wasn't bad at all, I just didn't realize the fat content but I will go with it and see what happens. Kind of met in the middle on calories for this mornings workout as my HRM said 628, max HR was 166 so I am getting back up there. Have a great Monday everyone.
