I'm losing an average of 1.6 pounds per week on OWL. I'm good with that. At this rate, I'll get to my goal in 15 weeks which is around Thanksgiving. I'm sure my loss rate will slow down by then, so if I make goal around Christmas or even for New Years I will be thrilled.

For now, I am slowly adding in new foods.

Berries: good, no cravings.
Cantalope: not sure yet
Greek yogurt: love it, no cravings. Great addition.
Low carb tortillas: no cravings, I use sparingly. Only when I really think I need a handle for my sandwich.
Bran crackers: no cravings
Carbquick: no cravings, great product

I'm still only eating around 25 net carbs; when I get to the point that I have 15 lbs to lose, I'll start upping my carbs a bit more. But for now I don't want to lose my momentum.
