Hey, exercise is a great stress reliever! Don't look at is as something you have to do but something you get to do. Once you keep at it consistently you will crave it and need to go. I rely on those endorphins now and get moody or tense if I don't get enough exercise in. Sorry to hear you are stressed. Give that a good try though and see if it helps.

OK N1drland, be gentle with yourself through this process! Weddings, as you know are a big stress and money, well, for most of us are a stress factor too. Combine these two and you have a storm. So, when in the storm I always go back to the basics: am I drinking my water? What do I need to do to exercise more? Am I writing down everything that I eat? The rest falls into place after that. I have no doubt you know all this, however, as your buddy on this journey, I'm sending you hope and wishing you the best. Congrats on the engagement!
