Oh boy..im full and feel stuffed :(. I know that you should never let yourself fill that way. but the soup was good. So all though it is considered a full liquid soup, it is still liquid. Cant wait to try some solids in 50 days. But when you are on a liquid and decide to do as long as i plan on, it makes you realize of how bad/unhealthy you were eating before. Therefore when i do start eating again i have to make better choice for myself majority of the month.
