Good Monday morning. How is everyone?
Made it successfully thru the full moon fast. Didn't wake hungry but felt a little headachy so went ahead and had a light breakfast. Weigh-in results? Lost just under 2 lbs but logged as 1 since my FS app will not retain partial lbs no matter how many times I re-enter. It has always been this way. No biggie. Feel if I hadnt went out and splurged on Cuban food and dessert prior to fast that results would have been better. (No brainer I know lol)
All in all, I believe I will plan to do a 24 hr full moon fast each month. A pound or two of water weight is good, and the detox/system rest is beneficial.
