Good morning! Late start here, but that just works to my IF window advantage, ha. Stoked to get these last few pounds off come hell or high water. I am so ready to do this. Based on how things have been going Im confident maintenance will be a cake walk compared to losing, as Ive basically been in maintenance for months. That's what happens when you actually adopt a whole new way of eating, it becomes a lifestyle change. Ive been thru so many Changes (Hootie, love ya) in my life, but hey, isnt that what it's all about? Have a beautiful day xo

Love your post. So true. The last 3 months or so have been maint for me but I've got about 2 more of tummy fat i want off 🤣 delay delay. Let's go for it!

That's my problem area too, Jen. But you look great now. I really want to drop another 11 lbs, but have to reach this dang goal first. Seems like the closer I get the harder it is. You do Keto, right? I wonder if I did it for a week or two (gulp) if that would nudge this off? I wouldnt want to stay on it too long. I doubt I could! 😅 Been doing a few planks to strengthen core muscles. Lets do it!

Windy, ya. I'm mostly carnivore but not for weight loss, for reducing inflammation and mental clarity. You don't have far to go. Just stick to what you're doing but cut calories. You'll be hungry but fight it. You could rotate your low calorie days so at the end of the week you're at a good deficit. That's what I did. I cycled calories but never over ate. Always low. If you don't need to go keto, no reason. Just go ez on carbs. Keyo is only being in ketosis, less than 20 carbs a day for most. Nothing magic. You can over eat in it yoo 🤣

Jen, that's sound advice. Sometimes I think I eat too few calories tho, so Ive upped it a bit to around 1k/day. My body def likes holding onto the lbs. But carbs are definitely my downfall. Was doing the 5/2 plan and was doing pretty well with it. Think I may need to revisit that strategy. Hope you're having a good evening!
