Hi to all, "warriors"! It's been a couple of weeks. I have/had been doing well. Completely fell of the wagon this weekend, the wheels came off and lost the driver!! Carbs, WOW! I do love those carbs. Am not going to let it get me down. I will be more mindful starting right now. In order to achieve that I may have to leave my house, go shopping and spend some money. It's not like I need anything more to eat today. I'm quite certain I will pay the price for this indulgence tomorrow. I deserve it. Enough about that. I will now focus on the positive. I have lost 7 pounds!!! Yay. I did get back to the gym, alas, I have tweek my knee and need to take it slower. Lesson learned! Back to the gym in the morning, maybe ride the bike. And back on the low/no carbs NOW!! I can do this, WE can do this!
