This seems to be one of my previous setpoints. I just have to remember to be patient. When I become anxious I also tend to eat more often and when I am not hungry. I just need to "shake it off"

You and me both! 195 has been a set point for me for it seems like forever. Every time I move down the scale a little I self sabotage and swing back up again. I had a bad binge just yesterday. It's pretty consistent that I will have one when I get too hungry. There's so much hype about intermittent fasting and I've tried that several times. I will do very well for a few days and then I will binge. That does just as much harm as overeating every day. In other words - you can't make up for a cheat day.

Not having the food in my kitchen helps some. I won't pay for delivery and I tend to not want to drive for it.
