Well, I've almost made it the whole month of February without weighing myself. I did measure a couple weeks ago and had lost some inches but my clothes feel like they fit pretty much the same and I don't feel any different. I would guess I have hung steady weight wise. Need some advice on what to do to lose a bit more. I've looked up how many calories for a 130 person and 1100 came up. I am already doing that. I go to the gym at least 5 days a week. I eat very low carb. Do I need to do something to "shake" things up? What? HELP!
