23% sugar is pretty high on low carb, that's what 7g sugar in 30g equates to. The ingredients list sugars by other names - evaporated cane juice - another word for sugar, rice syrup = sugar (and worse than real sugar as it's factory generated and not a real food anyway), honey = sugar. The other ingredients? It's basically just a handful of nuts and seeds. Skip the processed junk and just go straight for the real nuts and seeds for a snack. As a low carber you probably have those in the store cupboard anyway. That would be my approach. Real food. And whatever it is - I bet 30g is a small handful and with all that sugar it may not be easy to just stop there...
