Diario di cwillcit, 26 set 24

I have no idea why the drop. I weigh in the same time almost every time and ate almost 1600 calories yesterday. I just haven't worried to much about it. Seems I've been hungry and I just eat something healthy. I've increased fruit into my diet a lot more through infusion of water. I have changed a life long habit of drinking Dt. Mt. Dew constantly, because I never cared for water at all. Now I'm confused, because I drank 3 yesterday after 2months without one and had a drop.

Weight loss is weird. Sometimes just changing things up causes it.

I find it may take a day or two to show up. The main thing with that much sugar is that it may trigger cravings that are hard to tamp down.

The mt dew was diet, but still, ik, sweetners trigger as well.
