Over a month ago I post this same weight. Then posted I was sad for the small loss. Then I started a slide upwards instead of down. It has been a very stressful month but I'm overcoming that and looking forward to a new day, week, month, year of actual forward progress!!!! I'm gonna kick this thing called weight and fat! I WILL WIN! Also I want to thank this App that I discovered and the community it has. That is how I met my Great Friend and Buddy who inspires me to push through all life presents and this diet! THANK YOU SYLVIA!
