I have to change my diet not more ketogenic for me. It was not good for my heart. My blood work scared me so I have to go to a more balanced diet.

I am just going to add fruit and more veg. And cut down on butter bacon . Wait and see how that works for me

Nana - you'll find something that works for you, even if it's a plan of your own devices. I'll be 60 soon and know that I didn't get fat by not knowing what was the healthy thing to eat...I just got fat by eating too much of the stuff that shouldn't be a regular daily diet. I'm betting you know what you need to do...it's just a matter of doing it. Let the balancing act begin!
