I just completed the last of twelve personal training sessions. It took three months and although I'm stronger, I still weigh the same. I have yet to take my measurements. But, I knew that there was no drop in weight do to my sugar consumption...Yesterday I started the ketogenic diet to get my carb and sugar consumption under control. So far so good on day two. The journey continues!
