Diario di peppymint, 29 set 11

The past week has been really up and down..
All of last week I was on travel and had to eat out every single meal, which is really hard when you're watching your calorie intake.
I gained 2 pounds back during the trip, which was NOT fun.
It made my runs a lot harder, and my run yesterday was impossible. It felt like my legs were 300 pounds each, but I was able to finish it.
On top of all of this, I've been mentally and emotionally drained, which hasn't been helping either. I haven't had much motivation to exercise at all.
Plus, I was really bummed this morning because I was looking forward to bringing my raspberries with me to have at work today, but they got all moldly because I left them on the counter.
I know it sounds silly, but I just feel very defeated.
But on the bright side, I'm back down to my lowest weight after my feeding frenzy in NH last week, so it's time to keep on truckin'. I just need someone to light a fire under my butt.
