CREEPING BACK UP!?!?!?
must remember: need more water, don't eat to late, watch the salt/hidden carbs/protein amounts, no coffee after 10am....and importantly...SLEEP! need more, more is good.



95,8 kg Perso fino ad ora: 15,2 kg.    Rimanenti: 0 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.
Aumentando 1,5 kg a Settimana

sleep is always good. If I cut coffee off at 10am no one would like me. hahaha

There is a great app out there called Twilight I believe which works on cell phones and laptops which takes your screen to a different color to simulate evening time reduces the amount of stimulation your eyes get making it easier to get to sleep
